Supporting Mental Health Through Every Purchase
At It'sTime2!, every purchase supports young people's mental health — which means your order is more than just a product, it's a contribution to a meaningful cause.
All Sales Are Final.
Because of this commitment, all sales are final and treated as donations. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

General dissatisfaction

Shipping delays
However, we want to make things right if there's a problem with your order. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Contact us at brian@itstime2.org with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make sure it's resolved quickly. We will either send a replacement or provide a refund at our discretion.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary by location. It'sTime2! is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.
